No objection letter or Consent of Freedom to Marry from embassy (No objection letter as the evidence of your single status.)
Copy of your passport
Original Divorce or Death Certificate of their previous spouse (If you were previously married, you will need to produce your original divorce decree or the death certificate of your late spouse.)
Document issued by local authority of Nepal conforming resident of at least 15 days.
